REGISTER

To make purchases online is absolutely necessary to register as a customer previously.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

When you register you will create a customer account and password for access to our system that only you know and so you will at any time know the state of their current orders, the history of them, modify your customer account, add different shipping addresses for each order according to your needs as well as other advantages of the system.

SYSTEM ACCESS

Each time you access our site you will be prompted your email address and password. Watch case sensitive and do it correctly because the system differentiates both and does not allow access if your email or password does not match exactly with those held by the system.

DUPLICATE ACCOUNTS

Avoid creating another client account if you previously created to avoid duplicity of records with a name. This can cause confusion for both parties. If you forget your password you can ask the system will be sent to another email address. The new password removes and replaces the previous one and allows you to enter the system. From that point when you can access your customer account with the new password and you can create your own password to be more familiar.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Data typed in our database are completely confidential and ONLY used for the proper functioning of the orders. Any kind will not be sent by email indiscriminate advertising clients except for essential communications necessary for the proper processing of your order, unless you check the box "Subscribe newsletter" to sign up the account or in your profile.

I've placed my order, what now?

We will check if everything on your order is available and get a real cost for shipping. We will send you an email once everything is arranged and ready to ship.

Your order may shows an estimate, however final charges are based on weight and/or volume so please wait for our final inovice.

What shipping method will you use?

It deppends on the country of destiny and the volume of the parcel. We use several companies like DHL, UPS, Zeleris or Correos Express. If you need an specific shipping method or courier please contact us before placing an order to get an estimate.

How often do you ship?

Once payment is received we usually take 4-5 business days to ship parcels except por preorders. If your order includes any Pre-Order items we will send the parcel when everything is available unless requested.

I live outside the European Union. Will my country charge me duty or taxes?

Our shipping quotes for overseas orders include carrier fees, insurance coverage and a small handling charge. Many countries may also impose Import Duties and other Taxes or Handling Fees. If so, those will be charged to you at delivery and are NOT included in our shipping quote. Please inquire in advance at your local post office about the fees that may be added when receiving a package from another country.

What if I receive a broken/incorrect item?

We hope you will be happy with your order, but if you are not, you may contact us to solve the problem. Please use the Contact link or reply to the order confirmation email. We recommend you refer a photograph and a description of the problem .

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay us by bank wire transfer (IBAN/BIC) or paypal. If you prefer paypal we will add a 4% fees to the order total. Please note if you choose to pay with Paypal WE WILL SHIP TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS used in PAYPAL only.
Shipping cost is not displayed on my order, why?

Due to several variables, currently the online store can not always automatically calculate shipping cost to countries outside EU. Because the complex calculating involved on international shipping - depending on volume and weight - the estimated shipping cost may be unaccurate. We will create an invoice for you and send it to your email address once your order is processed with the correct shipping cost if any changes are needed.
