Registered in the Madrid Companies Register, volume 29169, folio 125, sheet M-525141
Contact: through our contact form.

What data we process

Identification and contact data: name and surname, email address, telephone and, if you provide it, your company.
Shipping and billing data: postal address and, when needed for the invoice, tax ID or VAT number.
Order data: products bought, amounts, payment method and shipping status. We do not store your card details or the details of your payment accounts: payment is handled directly by the payment platform or your bank.
Account data: email and password (stored encrypted) and your preferences, such as the newsletter subscription.
Communications: the messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
Browsing data: the data collected by cookies, as explained in the cookie policy.

If you place an order to be delivered to another person, you give us their shipping details; by doing so, you confirm that you may share them with us for that purpose.

Why we use your data and on what legal basis

Purpose	Legal basis
Managing your account, orders, payment, shipping, returns and after-sales service.	Performance of the sales contract.
Issuing invoices and meeting our accounting and tax obligations.	Legal obligation.
Answering your enquiries.	Your consent when you write to us and, if the enquiry is about an order, performance of the contract.
Sending you the newsletter with news and offers.	Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Sending you, if you are already a customer, offers for products similar to those you bought from us.	Legitimate interest, under article 21.2 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act (LSSI). You can object in each message or from your account.
Preventing fraud and keeping the shop secure.	Legitimate interest.
Measuring website use with Google Analytics.	Your consent (see the cookie policy).

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles that affect you.

How long we keep your data

Customer account: for as long as you keep it open. You can ask us to close it at any time.
Orders and invoices: for the period required by law, generally 6 years from the end of the financial year (Spanish Commercial Code) and the tax limitation periods.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Enquiries: for the time needed to answer them and then for one year at most, unless they are part of an order.

After these periods, the data is deleted or kept blocked only to deal with possible legal liabilities.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We only share it when it is needed to serve you or when the law requires it:

Transport companies, to deliver your order. For shipments outside the European Union, also customs and carriers in the destination country.
Payment platforms and banks, to process the payment.
Providers working on our behalf under contracts that protect your data: website hosting, sending of emails and the newsletter (Brevo, by Sendinblue SAS, a French company that stores the data in the European Union), electronic invoicing, accounting and tax advice, and Google (Analytics, only if you accept it).
Public authorities, such as the Spanish Tax Agency, when the law requires it.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

If you send an order to a country outside the European Economic Area, we share the data needed for delivery and customs with the carriers and authorities of that country, because it is essential to perform the contract. Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the processing carried out before. To do so, write to us using the contact form. We may ask you to prove your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Accuracy of data

Shipping details must be correct for us to deliver your order, and we recommend giving a telephone number so the carrier can contact you if there is any problem. If we detect an account with false details, we may close it.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: the website always uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored encrypted and access to data is limited to those who need it.

Minors

The shop is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under that age, you need the consent of your parents or guardians to register or buy.

Emails that do not reach you

Some email providers filter our messages. If you do not receive the confirmation of your account or an order, check your spam folder. In any case, you can always see the status of your orders from your account.

Cookie policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information from one page to the next, or from one visit to the next. Without them, for example, the shop could not remember the products you have added to your cart.

Who is responsible

The cookies on hobbycrash.com are the responsibility of Hobbycrash S.L. If you have any question about this policy, you can write to us using our contact form.

Cookies we use

Technical and preference cookies (our own). They are needed for the shop to work or to remember options you choose. They do not require your consent and are not used to track you or for advertising.

Cookie	Duration	Purpose
osCsid	Until you close the browser	Keeps your session: shopping cart, access to your account and the checkout.
cookie_test	30 days	Checks that your browser accepts cookies, without which the cart would not work.
cc_cookie	6 months	Stores your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every page.
list_grid	Until you close the browser	Remembers whether you prefer to see products as a list or a grid.

Analytics cookies (third-party, only with your consent). We use Google Analytics to know statistically how many people visit the shop, which pages they view and where they come from, so we can improve it. These cookies are only set if you accept them.

Cookie	Duration	Purpose
_ga	2 years	Distinguishes visitors statistically.
_ga_N3W2C1QLVN	2 years	Keeps the state of the visit.

The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Google may process this data in the United States, a country covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google has adhered. More information in Google's privacy policy and in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Your consent

The first time you visit the shop we show you a notice with three options: Accept all, Reject or Settings to choose by category. Until you decide, or if you reject, no analytics cookie is set. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we respect it and Google Analytics is not loaded either.

How to change or withdraw your consent

You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookies" button in the bottom left corner of the shop. If you withdraw your consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. If you block technical cookies, the cart and checkout will stop working.

Third-party services

If you pay through a payment platform, we take you to its website to complete the payment. That platform uses its own cookies, under its own cookie policy, over which Hobbycrash has no control.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the cookies we use change. The date of the last update appears at the top.
